You retain ownership of any data, content, or assets you provide. You grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to perform the agreed services.

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information shared during the course of work and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or with written permission.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant us permission to use your name, logo, and non-confidential success results in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
