### Fulfillment Policy

#### Service Delivery

- Once a contract is signed, we begin work on your project within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

- Services such as ad management, content creation, or digital marketing campaigns will be delivered as per the milestones outlined in the project scope or agreement.

- Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables will be communicated promptly, and adjustments will be made with the client’s approval.

#### Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide high-quality marketing services to our clients. However, we understand there may be circumstances that require a cancellation or refund.

##### Project Cancellation

- You can cancel your contract within 7 days of signing for a full refund, provided no work has commenced on the project.

- Cancellations after this period will be subject to fees proportional to the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

##### Refunds

- Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no substantial work has been completed on the project.

- If significant work has been delivered, refunds will be calculated based on the time and resources already invested in the project.

- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to operations@powerscalemedia.com with your project details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

#### Non-Refundable Services

- Certain services, such as consultation fees, strategy sessions, and campaign setup fees, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

- Customized solutions or services delivered digitally (e.g., ad campaigns, SEO setups) are also non-refundable once launched or implemented.

#### Service Modifications and Adjustments

- Clients may request modifications to ongoing projects. These will be assessed and approved depending on the current stage of the project.

- Any substantial changes to the original project scope may incur additional costs, which will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
